God is God

God is God, and we are not. So however hard things are we can turn to him for comfort instead of understanding. Yesterday we had our second ultrasound and were able to detect that Amaya has a cleft lip and also a blockage in her female anatomy. It is so hard to sit in a room fulll of people who, even though they are not rude, talk about your daughter like it is inevitable that she is going to die. We are praying that God will use our faith in Him to speak to these medical professionals. We are thankful for doctors, but ultimately know their wisdom comes from God, whether they know it or not. We appreciate everyones prayers and hold each one close

Meditations

“If you oh Lord kept a record of sins, who could stand? But with you there is forgivness, therefore you are feared. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits and in His word I put my hope. My soul waits for the Lord. More than watchman wait for the morning. Put your hope in the Lord for in him is unfailing love and fullness of redemption.

He was wounded for our transgressions, He was pierced for our iniquity. The chastisment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray each of us have turned to his own way, but God had laid upon Him the iniquity of us all.”

You are precious

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Than you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13

We trust and know that God has a plan for you. We love you immensely, more than words could describe. We are blessed to be chosen as your parents and we cherish every moment with you. We pray for you each and every moment and trust in the Lord. We rest knowing He has plans for you. You are our precious little girl, loved and adored. - Mom
