Ultraound and 2 Chronicles 20

15-”Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. 17-You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your postions; and stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you. Go out and face them tomorrow and the Lord will be with you.” 20-Have faith in the Lord and you will be upheld; have faith in the prophets and you will be successful. Jehosphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise Him for the splendor of his holiness as the went out at the head of the army saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.” 29-The fear of the Lord came upon all the kingdoms when they heard how the Lord had fought against the enemies of Isreal. And the kingdom of Jehosphat was at peace, for his God had given him rest on every side.
This is ever so true, so often in todays world we look at the physical. What seems impossible to men is not impossible with God. This is by far the biggest battle we have had to fight in our Christian walk and it is not always easy to know that God is bigger. We had an ultrasound on June 30th, and though things were still the same the doctor was much more blunt. They are giving Amaya no chance of survival, he even talked about delivering her now to ensure that we would be able to hold her alive. They say the chance of her not making it through the pregnancy is high. I am 32 weeks and she weighs about 2 1/2 lbs, we said we were not willing to take any chance away from her by delivering her so early and so small, but his response was that “There is nothing we can do to increase her chance of survival, she is going to die anyways” . Well in the natural that may tend to be true, though we have found children that are living with trisomy 13. But we have a God that is bigger than any medical condition and willing and able to completely heal.

Please continue to stand with us and believe and pray for a complete healing. I believe that God is going to do this to show His mighty works and wonders that are still available today as long as we look to Him. Our next ultrasound is on the 21st and we are planning to induce or a scheduled c-section for the 18th of August. Thank you all for your prayers and love for us and Amaya.
